I have been working at Chenoa Information Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Growth of company has been steady and the outlook continues to be very positive. The focus on Healthcare, Financial Services and Insurance markets continues to create opportunities for employees.

    Cons

Sometimes, business decisions can take too long resulting in lost business opportunities. There is room for improvement in employee communications, not necessarily a con.

    Advice to Management

Continue investment in emerging technologies. Encourage more movement of employees across client and account projects, offering them opportunities to learn different technologies and business domains.

    8. No one guides you technically... no one appreciates your work
