    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Chenoa Information Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Growth of company has been steady and the outlook continues to be very positive. The focus on Healthcare, Financial Services and Insurance markets continues to create opportunities for employees.

    Cons

Sometimes, business decisions can take too long resulting in lost business opportunities. There is room for improvement in employee communications, not necessarily a con.

    Advice to Management

Continue investment in emerging technologies. Encourage more movement of employees across client and account projects, offering them opportunities to learn different technologies and business domains.

I have been working at Chenoa Information Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good Salary
Flexible timings policy was good but now stopped
    Birthday celebrations
Events - Picnic, Festival celebrations etc
If you are homophobe good company for you

    Cons

    1. Homophobic people will ruin your reputation... in fact they wont let you build reputation
    2. No transparency with team about client meetings
    3. Last moment blaming
    4. No team bonding
    5. Tea not provided at desk
    6. Sitting in rows instead of cubicles.... people will hit your chair while moving from one place to other.. sometimes I feel they purposefully hit the chair... very disturbing
    7. Cannot concentrate on work... people shouting and laughing doing homophobic rants at each other
    8. No one guides you technically... no one appreciates your work
    9. Employees openly yelling at each other
    10. They give you technical work that you don't know e.g. I had experience as asp.net developer and they put me in silverlight project

While interviewing managerial round they asked me "How to kick out an employee from job" lol

    Advice to Management

Stop being self centered...think about how employees are behaving

    Pros

Latest Technologies, all-in-one person to handle work, a very good experience to learn almost everything in small amount of time, And HR team and its support.

Loads of bad things, will point out a few things:
✓Very bad environment to work in
✓Either huge work on none (which is frustrating at times)
✓Seniors are good, but also a few are "VERY VERY VERY GOOD" so that they feel they are on CLOUD NINE..
✓Always changing policies are a bit of concern
✓Appraisal policies are very confusing and mostly biased
    ✓Management, no comments...
