    Pros

This was a family atmosphere and the employees were treated well. As with all places there was some politics but I haven't worked in place without it.

    Cons

This was a small company so people wore many hats. Sometimes too many hats and things would be really stressful.

    Advice to Management

My advise to management would be to help employees who are doing the jobs of two and three people. Reward the hard workers.

I worked at Cheri Sundae Productions (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great culture - Cheri is an amazing leader and so nice to everyone. The staff went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The content was never my favorite thing, but everyone who worked there was amazing. Taking work home was never an issue - everyone respects your work/life balance. Fun little perks - lunches, ice cream, etc. Really fun place to work.

    Cons

The pay isn't great - average or slightly below going market value for freelancers. While they tend to use many of the same freelancers, advancement is pretty tough.

    Advice to Management

Only real advice is to up the rates - but that's show dependent. Recognize the rockstars and advance them!
