You can advance fast, coworkers are friendly, pay and benefits are great.

The casino rarely closes. You never get a holiday off unless it’s on one of your days off.

If you get hired for full-time hours, you will get them, but no more. Other employees are generally friendly and pleasant.
Cons
The policies appear to be created by people that have no idea what the actual job responsibilities entail. There is a lot of talk about employee appreciation but very little actual practice.
