Great benefits, 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, dependent life, AD/D, life insurance. Quarterly Bonuses
Cons
Very long hours as management, not good work/life balance, once they get you where they like they keep you there, work every single holiday, not much room for advancement, extremely difficult to get past "meet standards" on annual evals no matter how hard you work. Bonuses are not dispersed by how hard you work so everyone given same metrics. Paperwork for anything takes forever to process.
