    Good culture, many perks

    Pros

Overall culture is very positive. Big focus on health with amazing fitness center on main campus and multiple restaurants. Compensation package is competitive, low stress.

    Cons

Large company with many levels of management. Middle management is very political. I never saw promotions and bonuses based on performance, just years of experience. Very, very frustrating for people who want to excel because you see people just getting by or performing relatively poorly and there's no real recognition. With so many supervisors, there are some good and some really bad. Because supervisors can be put in the position not because of their skills but because they've just worked for the company for so long.

    Great work environment.

    Pros

Great benefits, good working relationships, high quality of peers/coworkers. Generally very modern, including IT.

    Cons

Despite being great to employees some rigid flexibility can be seen at times, never allowed to work from home in IT, yet some business groups can? Sometimes company standards don't get evenly applied. Also a "white glove" environment.

    Pros

Compensation and benefits make up for the poor quality of people and disconnected management. Regular bonuses and company perks are usually a high priority

    Cons

Poor management rewards bad behavior and breeds dissatisfaction and laziness. It tends to bring down morale even when pointed out.
