    Pros

The people I worked with were the best part of job. We worked as medical assistants preping sailors for deployment over seas

    Cons

I felt that human resources never had what's best for the employees or the customers in mind. Forced health insurance was a big problem.

    Advice to Management

Don't insist on people using your health insurance If they have an alternative option v

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Chesapeake Government Health Services as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Good work life balance, Microsoft training, nice building, the landlord offers lunch every Friday, free parking, flexible time, errors are forgiven if you get along with the CEO

    Cons

CEO is bully, unethical, manipulative and dishonest. It is a dictator, toxic work environment, no personal development. Almost all admin employees are fragile female and Yes ceo sexually harasses vulnerable women. Strong will candidates won't be hired. No fair performance evaluation, everything is about the connection with the CEO.

    Advice to Management

Do the right thing to get better results
