    Pros

Substitute teacher. The job was relatively easy to do. Flexible schedule. You don't have to request time off and the way is ok. Better than minimum wage.

    Cons

There were a lot of days when there were no jobs available. Ran into a few classrooms of unprepared teachers. Sometimes the students have behavioral issues.

    Advice to Management

I don't have anything to advise in this section. I think they do a pretty good job of making things easy for subs.
