    The company is very willing to train and work with employees to get them up to speed.

    Cons

    The size of the corporation makes your project just one small part of a very large company machine.

    I have been working at Chevron for less than a year

    Pros

    I was able to work with everyone in my group. Worked on a variety of projects. Most other groups in Chevron work on 1 project the entire summer.

    Cons

    It was virtual. But no bad experiences other than the initial trouble joining the group since they worked together in the office and I am a new comer.
