I have been working at Chexar full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    People outside of
    Executives and management are nice

    Cons

They do not value their employees. They treat their employees like slaves. They ignore their valid complaints on harassment issues and other issues regarding the Hostile work environment... They do not give raises to deserving employees and expect them to go above and beyond in their work! The executives and management are incompetent as well as overpaid and care nothing about lower level employees

    Advice to Management

Please listen and take action when valid issues arise with your employees. Give raises to those who are deserving. Stop taking complaints lightly and treat everyone equally

I worked at Chexar full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to meet some really good and enjoyable people. For the most part.

    Cons

Where do I start? They make it extremely hard to get the so called "BONUS" they rave about, which is only 50 dollars up to 150. Which is a joke! They watch you like its 1984, they don't believe in giving adequate breaks, and if you don't take enough checks, you get written up, repeatedly. They don't let you stand at your desk, and if you talk "too much" they move you by yourself. The pay is a joke! They make it ridiculously hard to get raises, and they treat their senior staff like crap! They make the same people close over and over again, and if you are not Hispanic, they could care less about you. Also, they do NOT promote from within! People have been there for YEARS and they NEVER get promoted to a higher paying position that is offered there! They will go out their way to hire outsiders and NEVER let you know when an opportunity is available. Do yourself a favor and work at Mc Donald's. It's pretty much the same thing. Also, it's like Nazi Germany in there.

    Advice to Management

Actually do what you say you're going to do! Fix the problems you said you're going to fix! Stop treating your employees like kids, and stop being so stingy with your raises! This is a multi-BILLIION dollar company!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

    Pros

Ingo Money is a company with great potential. Recent C-Level additions prove that the company is really gearing itself up for amazing growth and significant (much-needed) changes to its culture. If you're lucky enough to work for the "right" departments, you'll be provided with both the freedom to do your best work and the coaching you'll need to continue improving and growing in your field.

    Cons

Mid-level management and operations are still holding on to a good 'ol boy system that is really sad to see. This affects ground-floor, entry-level hires more than others, but the negativity still permeates to other departments. Entry-level promotional paths are clear, but the cronyism makes a mockery of the so-called goals that reps need to meet in order to be promoted. Salaried employees outside of operations do seem to receive great perks including options, generous raises, and plenty of freedom.

    Advice to Management

Continue addressing the problems you identified last year; while you may be told that they've been handled or are being handled, that is far from the truth.

A lot of change because of the growth can become hectic to work some days.
