- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★

Cons

- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Work with a great team of fellow consultants, while having all the autonomy when it comes to the job. Fun, uplifting, and empowering environment.
Cons
Long work hours and low pay.

Pros
Separate apartment within the building with maid service; all meals catered. Responsibility for hiring (and firing) staff and helping to create a positive environment for both staff and students (about 150 sorority girls). Plenty of vacations and free time. (I completed a BA in Theater Studies) Congenial atmosphere with high spirited young and ambitious women
Cons
It can sometimes feel as though you are a puppet queen. The small governing body (volunteer) is run by a volunteer alumna who makes decisions about and has access to Sorority House funds. This can lead to unaccounted-for expenses. It can also lead to an innocent party - who is nominally in charge - being unfairly accused of mismanagement.

Pros
Have most of the summer months off. Access to a lot of food service contracts, allowed to be creative.
Cons
Run by a board of volunteers, some with micro-management issues and no experience in food service. This may not be applicable to all Chi Omega Sororities, each is an individual entity.

Pros
Great people, enjoyable atmosphere, travel opportunities
Cons
Very time consuming, overworked, problems get old, no benefits, pay is not competitive. They would let you work for free if they could.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Once in a lifetime experience to travel and impact so many people. Get to keep your airline miles. Company provides technology for on-the-road use. A ton of autonomy- you make your own schedule.
Cons
The autonomous work environment can be a challenge if you struggle with working from home or while traveling. You may be expected to complete reports or schedule upcoming travel while on the road.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Fun, good and relevant leadership experience
Cons
can be very time consuming

Pros
Great mission, staff and volunteers. Work is very fulfilling. Work environment is great. Great training and opportunities to learn new trends and gain leadership skills.
Cons
Staff is very well cared for but the workload and expectations are too high due to a very fast pace that changes quickly. It was a great place to work but if there were more staff and/or possible for staff to have more control over deadlines it would be an incredible place to work.
