Pros
Co-workers we’re awesome Changed to business casual attire Stocked employee fridge
Cons
PR machine Non-genuine Judge people on gender. A lot of change, in recent years. Yes, it’s complicated and change needed to be made, but to a point. Ownership became too focused on diversification with a huge emphasis on putting females in position of power because it looks good. I have no problem with diversifying, but more qualified and longer tenured males were let go to fit this mold.
