I have been working at Chicago Board Options Exchange full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Predictable hours aside from pager duty. If you are pursuing an evening higher educational degree, this is a great place to work. The culture respects employees and offers tuition reimbursement with some restrictions.

    Cons

There are no opportunities to telecommute. You have to be at the office every day. Moreover, it does not offer many promising career growth paths.

    Advice to Management

Need to provide more opportunities for promotion from within.

Excellent learning and professional environment that fosters a helpful and prosperous company. I was able to have questions answered from full time professional throughout a variety of department with ease. Extremely welcoming.
