I worked at Chicago Fire Soccer Club part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The environment and atmosphere during game days Working in a sports organization

    Cons

The organization was going through a hard time and the workplace seemed dull. People were always in a bad mood and rude to one another. Personally, I came in as a new employee and never even got a tour and introduction to people around the office. People didn't even know my name and never bothered to get to know me at all. I was constantly ignored and treated as if I was not part of the organization. I was not even even given team gear to work game days and when I tried to get ahold of some I was asked to give it back.
