I have been working at Chicago Marketing for less than a year

    Pros

My experience at Chicago Marketing exceeded my expectations in every way. Almost immediately, two qualities of the company stuck out to me. The first is its culture and atmosphere. Employees come to work excited--everyone is self-motivated and encourages each other to be the best version of themselves every day. The second is the openness of the leaders/managers of the company. I felt comfortable approaching my manager...

    Cons

The only negative that I can think of is that the hours are long; however, my coworkers and the job itself made it all worth it.

I have been working at Chicago Marketing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

It is technically possible to earn more than the salary minimum with hard work and dedication

    Cons

Not many people have the mental fortitude to actually succeed, the owners exploit people’s willingingness to work before they burn out. Good luck having any work/life balance. The owners count on the leaders to do the hard work or training and selling while the owners make all the money

I have been working at Chicago Marketing full-time

    Pros

At first I was skeptical because when I went to my interview I saw a lot of fresh faced kids in suits. I'm not ready to be put out to pasture yet, but I'm not exactly a young stallion anymore either, so you can imagine my concern. Irregardless, I needed a job so I thought 'why not, I'll go with it for now'. I didn't realize what sort of affect this would have on my career path. I've been given more opportunity to advance,...

In the training program there are things you will learn that feel redundant. There were times were I found myself growing impatient because of the simplicity of the lesson...It is unfortunate that these things truly are the foundation of your new career. I had to learn that the hard way and it set me back a few weeks. Being a good student is the most important part of this entire process. It sounds simple but this should...

I worked at Chicago Marketing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I have seen nearly twenty people, including myself, grow into management rolls strictly because of the opportunities at Chicago marketing. It was very hard to imagine how quickly Jacob Cline teaches people to think like a business owner, and not an employee. The experience I gained here propelled my career to heights that I'm very proud to have reached. The main reason I am posting this review is because I hope someone...

I have been working at Chicago Marketing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I recently started working for the company a few months ago, they really explained the opportunity for me to change my life. I am a single mom with 2 kids who husband just recently left so I need to start making better money to support my family on a single income. The CEO Jacob really made sure I was set up for success and gave me very flexible hours to work around my life and still being able to attend my kids sporting...

    Cons

You do have to work the weekends, but with that sacrifice for a few month will come a better life for my children and myself. That is the most important thing to me right now. If you don't understand the entire business, then just don't come in because you will ruin it for someone else who is really looking for a life change.

    Advice to Management

Play more music in the lobby from different eras, I can only handle Dave Matthews Band for so long. Its really bad music, just so you know.
