Very old buildings and equipment. Benefits are less than competitors and local companies in the area. Purchased by larger corpration and has lost some of the smaller business charm.

Not many. This is great industry. The contractors and the distributors are a pleasure to work with. the architects are a pain in the you know what.

Cons

Micro managed. You will spend 80% of your time doing reports and drawing graphs for the upper management that are trying to justify their jobs.

Advice to Management

Stay clear of this company unless you like spending your time doing reports.

A company with a long history and honorable traditions. Business owners and CEO demonstrate great leadership. Result focussed, value oriented and make employee feel great to be part of. Leaders and employees live up to the Company values of honesty, humility, human respect and teamwork.

It is a small, family owned company. Do not have the access to large capital funding to make aggressive investment. Brand equity is limited to the ceiling industry. Hard to attract talent who may be looking to work for company with global, household brand.

Do not let recent setback stop us from continuing to explore new business opportunities. Encourage the various regions (North Amercia, Europe, Asia Pacific) to share best practices and knowledge. Gain synergy by leveraging capture global market.
