      Does not listen to teachers, only stakeholders. Can not leave district very easily, too much paperwork.

      The ability to work with kids and see them grow academically, socially, emotionally, and physically, long- lasting bonds are created, good pay, most holidays off

      Cons

      An abundance of micromanaging, discipline issue due to shifts towards Restorative Justice, lack of accountability from parents, students, and administrators, lack of respect from admin and parents in some schools / districts, inequities as far as technology, nurses, support staff, and curriculum, due to testing having such a huge impact on teacher / staff evaluations testing integrity has become an issue, one of the longest school days and years in the nation
