Poor pay for hard work and long hours, Can be draining.
Too many managers, some aren’t very experienced and selected out of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Try to build up the staff you already have and take better care of them instead of constantly hiring more people.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of learning and people skills learned
    Leadership roles earned
Fast pace on the spot work style
Great place to work part time if in school or have another job
Hours are sometimes given when hard work is shown
    You learn leadership and firmness

    Cons

Not always fair in pay or salary
Some employees who work less get paid more then the employees in the kitchen
Kitchen employees work in hazardous conditions due to the same fast pace in necessary but some still get payed the same or even less then the employees just working registers and putting food in bags

    Advice to Management

There should be a base payment for employees working in the kitchen, it is not equal to work in the front counter than it is to be hours filleting chicken and being over hot oil. I worked both and I can confirm that it’s not at all the same
