    I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time

    Pros

If you have the right operator, you're set! If you have a jerk, it's a totally different story, but fortunately I had a great one. Opportunities to help with Grand Openings across the country and you learn so much about every aspect of the business, not just marketing. Great flexibility.

    Cons

Limited upward mobility, even if you are open to moving to the corporate office in Atlanta. When a job opens at Chick-fil-A's Home office, 100's of very qualified people apply, which makes it difficult to move up.

You're still in a fast food restaurant all day, so not the most professional atmosphere...and I tossed just about everything out when I left.
