I worked at Chick-fil-A (More than a year)

    Pros

It is easy to earn a raise.

    Cons

Managment seems to put trust into and therefore promote the wrong employees.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It’s a very friendly environment. So many godly people. The employees are a joy to be around and are very helpful:)

    Cons

If you have anxiety, all the rushes could overwhelm you. Everything else was good for me. Ever so often you would get grumpy people coming in, but not very often. But I’m sure that’s with all jobs.

    Pros

    -Unlimited growth potential
-Large responsibilities given to leadership to help grow a multimillion dollar business

-discounted food, sometimes free depending on Operator

    Cons

    -working saturdays
    -high staff turnover ratio
    -possibility to work nights

    Advice to Management

Store rules and guidelines vary so much between operators, you can get totally different cultures and work atmosphere from store to store.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time

Great company! Family oriented! And the scholarship helped while I was in college. And of course every Sunday off was great too.

    Cons

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time

    Pros

Good work environment, nice managers and employees

    Cons

Will send you home if it is slow (I had to clear my schedule for you but you can cancel whenever for no cost). I'm a hard working person and after a rush I usually would take a second to evaluate what needs to be done and take a breath. It always seemed as though a manager would come by right then and berate me for "standing around" before I would even have a chance to identify a new job to tackle.

    Pros

I am a cook and CFA gives you a great opportunity to work in team and get over any problem you face in dining services.

    Cons

Sometimes can be busy and if don't have enough recruits then it can be really tiresome.

    Advice to Management

    None
