    - Freedom to work how I need to, to be the most productive
    - Profit Sharing
    - Consistent sales growth
    - High effort by management to educate all Inc. employees on understanding the restaurant business. T

    Cons

Job "Paths" are not always clear, but they are working on improving that.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Excellent employee attitudes about work
    - Surrounded by positive, energetic, and wonderful people
    - Owner/operator is actively invested in each employee's career and future
    - Flexible hours
    - Free meal with every shift
    - Always get Sundays off
    - They're just all really good people

    Cons

    - Difficult to stand out when all employees are extremely dedicated and hardworking
    - You will be exhausted at the end of each shift, but it's a satisfying feeling
    - Low entry wage, but this is expected

    Advice to Management

    - Do not allow an owner/operator to own more than 1 store. This prevents them from not having their entire attention to their employees and quality.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time

    Pros

Chick-fil-A is a great first job for high school or college students looking to earn some money for school and to gain initial work experience.

    Cons

The two locations I worked at both had a practice of hiring lots of part-time workers, so there may be competition for hours.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I've had a really good time here. They've been nice enough to keep me around even while I've been away at college. Your coworkers genuinely care about you and I've learned and advanced so much in this job. I got a sweet raise while I was home for the summer, and I love making connections with (nice) guests. I've gotten two scholarships, too!

    Cons

It took me 2 years to get a raise to match my coworkers, and I didn't even realize I was making such a tiny amount of money for the type of work you have to do: standing outside in 90+ degree weather in the summer but 40-30 in the winter, dealing with really rude customers, being understaffed at night, etc. I was making less than people who had only been there a few months. They have since changed the way they do leadership but something that really made me mad and almost quit was someone who started at the same time as me, but was younger than me and had a terrible attitude, got moved up to a managerial position while I was still a team member making a meager wage.

    Advice to Management

Move people up who truly deserve it and have something interesting to bring to the table. Move people up who really WANT it.
