I enjoyed the culture and people I worked with.
You get free food on breaks every shift you work.

Managers sometimes micro-manage since it's a small place.

    Advice to Management

    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The environment was warm and cultivating. This was my first job in high school and, while stressful at time, it taught me many skills that I still use to this day. The schedule was also quite flexible where I worked.

    Cons

Can be overwhelming at times as you occasionally have to deal with angry or upset customers.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re doing. You have created a safe place to grow, learn, and succeed in the workforce.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

AMAZING operator (known as the owner at other companies), great perks (company parities, tuition reimbursement, bonuses for every employee when goals are hit, flexible schedule, pay for good grades) and the people are great.

    Cons

You can move up quickly which is great, but if you are looking to keep it as a career for the rest of your life there is not much room for growth, unless you want to move to corporate in Atlanta.

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My coworkers were all very kind and supportive. There's a good team atmosphere. People are willing to go the extra mile and help their coworkers. The food is delicious.

    Cons

It can be stressful when it gets busy. The CEO also has some questionable beliefs, but everyone that I worked with was perfectly kind to every coworker and customer that we ever had. Also, you will 100% smell like a chicken sandwich when you get off of work.
