    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a fast paced job and so time flies. The coworkers, for the most part, are what make this job fun.

    Cons

They constantly want you to be doing something, which I understand except that when its slow and you have stocked everything and cleaned everything you end up wiping down the same spot over and over again.

    Advice to Management

Care more about your people by being more patient. I know you get stressed out by the owner or the number of people that come in but we are trying our best and are stressed out too.
