    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule and great Christian values. Never open on a Sunday. They always try to promote from within the company.

    Cons

Very little pay unless you are a general manager or owner. I was in management for 3 years and my male counterparts always made a significant amount more than I did.

    Advice to Management

    Better pay!!!

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very Flexible hours and nice management. The jobs are pretty easy and depending on the manager you might get to take home food.

    Cons

The starting pay is minimum wage. Your pay can go up over time but not very much. After six months you might get a small raise.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have been working at chickfila in kyle for 2 months and I am honestly so proud to say that I work there. I love how we are expected to go above and beyond the customers' expectations and how we have "2nd mile service". I have learned how to provide great customer service and our managers always encourage us to be better. it truly is a pleasure to serve customers and I love seeing customers happy with our service. Everyone I work with is so great and they always have a positive attitude. All the management, including the team leaders are fantastic and very friendly and have made my working experience outstanding. I hope to continue working here for a few years and even throughout my college years.

    Cons

none that i can think of

    Advice to Management

focus more on training new employees
