    Pros

With this company, you will be surrounded by quality people who provide quality services at a high capacity

    Cons

My training process took much longer than expected (3 months) because I was only able to work a few hours a week. Also, the pay is about minimum wage for some fast paced labor

    Advice to Management

I think chick fil a is managed excellently

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good food, nice coworkers, great place to have on your resume, as many places respect Chick-fil-A employees and the great customer service

    Cons

Owners are greedy, managers are pushy and give themselves the easy jobs, and assign people the same jobs every day, don't promote people who have been there awhile and don't give many raises

    Advice to Management

Don't be so bossy, give people a chance to try different positions, and give raises where due

    I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked at a CFA restaurant for 4 years, starting as a Team Member and working my way up to HR Director. My experience at CFA largely contributed to who I am, and I am so thankful to have been mentored by some of the best and most gracious folks I know. It's the best culture you could ask for. I know not all CFA restaurants are the same, but find a great one with a great operator and you won't regret it. Other perks - flexible hours, free food, great place to learn and grow.

    Cons

Can be stressful at times. The pay is not great, but the culture more than makes up for it if you are at a place in life where money isn't a deal breaker. Another con for me was how hard quitting was! :)

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! Forever grateful for the ways my bosses impacted me.
