I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

No comparison, this is a great job for a first job, extra money, or for career advancement. Such a loving environment, great management, and fair pay. No place good be better to get your feet wet in the American Workforce! Highly recommend for high schoolers with a good work ethic as a first job and for adults who have great customer experience and can serve with a smile on their face all day.

    Cons

Nothing really, except maybe having to go outside and not know when you're coming in. Also not knowing if you'll get out at your scheduled time.

    Pros

Great team work. Very flexible for students. Lots of opportunities to work extra hours. Company with great morals and vey fair employers.

    Cons

could be very early or late hours. Last minute schedule changes could happen. Extremely fast pace front counter. Could be stressful at times.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Break food allowance. Usually 4-6 $ depending on food waste for the month. Chick-fil-A also offers competitive pay for their employees.

    Cons

Always busy so you never really get a break. Also, CFA is very strict in some areas such as dress code.

    Advice to Management

We should hold staff meetings that includes all employees.

Positive and supportive company. Long term employees. Great training program. Lots of benefits. Supports community and work/life balance. Or in my case school/life balance.

    Cons

Free meals (if you are watching your weight). Who can resist a free Chick-fil-A sandwich.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. If only all companies could be like you.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You and your family get 50% off of food

    Cons

Can be very stressful at some moments. You can't leave on time unless they say you can leave. You may not be able to get the hours you want. You sometimes don't get payed more money no matter how long you have working for that franchise.

    Advice to Management

Get along with your employees. When some food isn't coming fast enough or there is a wait on food, don't yell at the employees because it's getting busy in the store. They have to not just get food for drive through but for customers dinning in the restaurant as well. So just realized that its already stressful in the kitchen all ready.
