    I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a fun environment to work in. The customers always love seeing a smiling face.

    Cons

The employees were very immature. Then the team leaders would pull favors for their family members that worked there, and the rest of the workers had to work harder for their decisions.

    I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time

    Pros

They really encourage hard work and customer service from their employees. They also allow opportunities for employees to move up in the company. Teamwork is really important between employees. It's good customer service experience. There are a lot of different tasks to be done, so you don't get bored.

    Cons

The uniforms aren't super cute. You have to say "my pleasure" instead of "you're welcome". People sometimes don't treat you amazingly well because you're 'just' a fast food employee.
