        Pros

Worked around my schedule, some people were kind, location is in a nice area with a lot of stores

        Cons

Management was pretty hostile during my time there (rude comments, difficulty with me taking a single sick day during my tenure, scheduling me when I had a conflict, and getting frustrated when I asked questions as a new hire.) Manager was pretty condescending and other employees could also be rude. I think the behavior trickled down the pipeline. I got out and realized that behavior was not normal practice. Also, when you work commission, your coworkers see you as competition and could steal your sale - which happened to me a few times. I ended up leaving after the manager raised her voice at me in front of employees and customers on the floor. It just became too unprofessional. Employees were usually 50+, so I did feel a little out of place as a younger employee. Some coworkers were very sweet and made it bearable, although, not for long. Some customers were really needy and definitely had an older demographic. They may talk down to you, yell, throw their clothes on the floor in the fitting room, and really need a lot of help. You are trained to work for commission but feel like you're trained to harass and bother customers. Some people just want to shop, not be followed around the store. I felt pressured to bother people, even when they said no, due to management.

      Project Coordinator

I recently had an interview with a hiring manager. The conversation went well in my opinion and they ended it by saying they would “like to schedule a day for me to meet their team and get a feel for the projects they’re working on and then have the conversation about what I’m looking for as far as compensation.” I’m not sure what to expect from this, a part of me feels like this means they might want me for the role, but the process is a little unorthodox from my experience. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know the competency based questions you’ll be asked for a Business Development Analyst role at Aon? I have an upcoming pre-recorded online video interview that I have to submit within 7 days.
