    Pros

    Get trainings you are interested in! Feel heard by supportive supervisors.

    Cons

    Long and late hours (2 late nights required). Low salary and known to be a training site, so people leave as soon as they are licensed.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on team building and give time for further development.

      The agency goes above and beyond to provide support to is staff with individual and supervision groups. The staff are warm and welcoming.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end of other agencies and directors do not advocate for employees going against HR recommendations.

      Advocate for your employees to get well paid so that they feel appreciated and close the revolving door of employees leaving the agency due to low salaries.
