Worked to the bone and unappreciated.

      Pros

Decent benefits, schedule flexibility, great team

      Cons

Terrible upper management (all about the money), provides “3 weeks of vacation” but you have to use all vacation pay to cover lost hours from cancellations which happens a LOT - you will get NO ACTUAL paid time off

      Exhausting Work

      Pros

If you love working with people and impacting lives in a positive way, this is the job for you. The team leaders are great support

      Cons

You have to drive everywhere. Someone on my team sexually harassed me and he had no repercussions- in fact he was promoted less than a year later. It is exhausting and they give little to no room for mental health days. You are on call majority of the time. Hours can vary if people cancel.

Little balance between work and personal life

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Rewarding working with the families and making a difference. Fellow co-workers were wonderful.

      Cons

Little time for a personal/home life. Management seems to only care about billable hours and offers little moral support when it comes to issues when they arise.
