    Pros

    Ability to work with children.

    Cons

Pay isn't the best. sick days and paid leave do not begin until you've been working for the company for a year. That is difficult because getting sick is an occupational hazard of working with children.

    Advice to Management

Treat teachers better and you will retain them for longer periods of time.

Super unorganized and the curriculum was never distributed on time, making our job more difficult.

    Advice to Management

Get it together and pay more money for good quality people to work for your company. Dealing with children is hard enough, but adding to the stress with bogus lesson plans makes it even tougher.
