Anything working with helping kids is very rewarding. The company is small enough to still feel like a mom and pop shop.
Cons
Children's cut their workforce years ago and anyone who was left was given a new title without the experience. They have stuck around but never learned what they needed for the titles they received. The top executives are more focused on having an office in Old Parkland's beautiful campus than focusing on the moral and culture at CMC.
