    Very great place to work with many opportunities for growth. It is a great place to learn. It is a top of the line team to work with.

    Difficult to find work life balance in the position due to the demanding nature of the job

    Pros

    The people! The majority of the employees here truly love their jobs and have been there for years. Employee longevity demonstrates the positive work environment. You can get hours and supervision towards your LCSW.

    Cons

    The social work department is young, and there is a lot of turnover. There is no gender diversity, and the treatment of employees is inequitable. Many of the medical professionals do not respect the role of the social workers as equal to their own.

    It’s a very welcoming place for kids and families. But within the system no one knows what the other person is doing.

    Pros

    Welcoming environment for families, wonderful medical teams who really care about their patients and families

    Cons

    The politics and senior leadership is absolutely out of touch with what is really going on with these kids and how their decisions are affecting them.

    Pros

    Fast pace, meaningful work! I really enjoyed the work here and believe it is a good place to start your career.

    Cons

    I don't have much to say here, but disorganization occurred sometimes and caused some disrupt but nothing concerning

    Pros

    They truly care about their patients. The atmosphere is upbeat and family friendly. THe work spaces were large and accommodating.

    Cons

    Management in the department showed favoritism toward certain employees. Tere was not much room for advancement. Accomplishments were not always recognized.
