    Flexible, great introduction to the field of social work, decent pay, supportive staff and environment

    Cons

    The workload for this position shifts frequently from completely overwhelming, to almost non-existent. You may work 5 hours or 35 hours a week, and you often have little control over which.

    Children's Home and Aid is a great company to work for. The management believes in investing in their staff. This allows the agency to have the best team in order to do the most for families. There are many great, unique programs to meet the needs of all families that come into contact with our agency.

    Pros

    Lots of flexibility in schedules. Supervisor always looking for ways to accommodate me and my co-workers.

    Cons

    Not your typical babysitting job, extra duties and monthly paperwork required to make a high quality center.
