    I have been working at Children’s Home Society of Florida for more than 3 years

    Pros

    A paycheck, assisting families in need

    Cons

    The paycheck is extremely low. Dishonesty from upper management is prevalent. Hard workers are pressured to work harder and shoulder more responsiblity, while shiftless "favorites" of supervisors get promotions, raises, and bonuses.

    Advice to Management

    There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. There are several layers of management barking orders at a handful of employees. Hire more staff that are willing to actually work as opposed to feigning the act of working, but in order to do that you would have to be willing to pay a wage near the same level as your competitors which is not happening.
