I worked at Children’s Home Society of Florida full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Rewarding work with the children and families. Nice facility. Company has potential, but overworked and under paid. Needs better supervisors!

    Cons

Terrible management, supervisors do not care about lower level employees, poor support, no money. Very overworked. Company puts too much work on employees on an already stressful job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to all employees concerns, high turnover. Screen for better supervisors.
