Pros
I work in the Greensboro location and it is a great place to work. Office setting and staff are great and friendly. The benefits and salary are good for a non-profit. From everything I can tell their high-level executives are always willing to listen to all levels of staff.
Cons
The growth of the organization has made it hard for some of the newer employees to figure out the acronyms and different services the organization offers, but that happens in every new job.
