    Pros

Location is great and opportunity to work in several communities or be itinerant, co-workers are frindly and take initiative to make changes to imrpove customer service and some flexibility and benefits

    Cons

Competence of administrators is limiting the organization's growth. Staff compensation and reward is based on friendships, and little opportunity for advancement

    Advice to Management

Additional training and commitment on the part of senior management to their own knowledge. Increased salaries that are equitable for all staff and do not favor some staff with similar responsibilitires with better working conditions and salaries/benefits.

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

The staff and the children are wonderful to be with day in and day out.

    Cons

The pay is bad, the management is incredibly poor. The supervisors have no real world experience managing people and create a toxic work environment which makes people miserable while trying to exercise warmth, caring and creativity in this unappreciated line of work: childcare.

    Advice to Management

Your huge turnover is due to lack of support and funds from a terribly prepared management staff that doesn't have a clue on how to choose your battles . Support your staff with actually listening to grievances as real issues and allow them to give input and grievances as subject for improvement at meetings.

I worked at Children's Learning Center full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great school to work and bring your child. The staff is nice and helpful.

    Cons

Salaries and benefits could be better. Also, they could reduce the price of the employee's child
