Competence of administrators is limiting the organization's growth. Staff compensation and reward is based on friendships, and little opportunity for advancement
Advice to Management
Additional training and commitment on the part of senior management to their own knowledge. Increased salaries that are equitable for all staff and do not favor some staff with similar responsibilitires with better working conditions and salaries/benefits.
