Really poor management structure, no one wants to take ownership of anything, Customer Service Team are disengaged and rude to customers, management only interested in making money, little interest in training better staff and retaining business! Sales time are really dodgy, never disciplined! Management are not generous in rewarding staff, w few drinks twice a year!

The worst place I have ever worked

    Pros

None, and I've really tried to think of one.

    Cons

Too many to list them all but the disconnect between senior management and lower levels is astonishing. They simply refuse to listen to feedback or suggestions from below and continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. Staff morale was always on the floor when I was there and this was because the agents were driven into the ground with unachievable targets, no flexibility in terms of genuine reasons why performance didn't meet expectations and a hideous work/life balance. No benefits package of any kind, no sick pay, and a huge expectancy to do more than your contract requires. If you work additional hours then you get no thanks as it is simply the standard expectancy. If you arrive and leave on time for your shift then you are looked down on by the CEO and other senior managers and made to feel as though your job is at risk because you're not pulling your weight, regardless of how well you are doing compared to your peers. It sends shivers down my spine to think I might still be working there.

Woeful company, surprise it's still in business

    Pros

The staff and Team leaders work very hard, this is the low of the low of the companies

    Cons

Really badly organised company, management dont have a clue how to keep team leaders or staff happy. Would rather screw people out of wages and hard earned commision to line their own pockets. No staff parking. HR and top management have no interest in staff morale. No benefits as in nights out or incentives, everything has been cut back in order to save money. Even rumours of the company not paying bills on time e.g. milkman. Constantly move team leaders into different departments without any experience. It's the blind leading the blind.

    Terrible - don't do it

    Pros

Sports and Social, maybe the people, that's it.

    Cons

New Management = Bullys New managers especially are bullys and literally don't care about anyone, the amount of times I've heard them say, "if you don't like it, you can leave" is shocking and not a nice environment to be in. Thank God I have left as going to chill is the equivalent of flushing your career down the toilet.
