I have been working at Chiltern International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good opportunity for personal development.
    Easy access to senior management.
The people you work with on a daily basis make the company what it is.

    Cons

Benefits could be better and more could be offered to reward those with long term service.

    Advice to Management

With all the recent growth, it is important that everyone knows we are one company and this must be managed from the top down.

I have been working at Chiltern International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Chiltern is a very supportive company. Although is it ever expanding, it has maintained a lot of the earlier 'family company' qualities. There is a huge amount of management support, but without being micro-managing. There is a great work life balance.

    Cons

Financial systems are poor, but will hopefully improve
