    For a global company, there is good communication between offices and business groups.
    Benefits are a positive. There are some good people at this company.

    Cons

    Management doesn't always seem to be in touch with the day-to-day business. This could be a turning point (whether good or bad is unknown) for the company due to recent acquisitions that are still in progress.

    Do what it takes to keep good employees from walking out the door.

    a relaxed atmosphere, great people

    Cons

    Poor Management skills, Managers are not proactivly involved with staff. Training is not job specific. Lack of hiring profiecient people. Very low pay for some departments

    Pay attention to the good and bad staff

    Pros

    the people are nice, was pleased to hear that they are under new clinical leadership. they do try to provide for a work/life balance

    Cons

    the salary is not competitive with other CROs, their systems are archaic--particularly the use of Lotus notes and spreadsheets vs. microsoft and databases.
