    Pros

Lots of room for advancement. You don't feel pigeon-holed here as I did at a large CRO. I feel I have the opportunity to get more involved. There is a lot of teamwork across departments. I feel I can see the impact of my work and have seen many get promoted from within.

    Cons

Not a place to come to if you are looking to coast by and not work.
