    14$ an hour when <40 hours has been reached.

    Cons

    Will receive a quarter of a point if >1 minute late, 3 points leads to termination

    Pros

    The people they hire are good people I was new to Atlanta and was able to network.

    Cons

    They speed trough training which is fine for me because I am a fast learner but in all honesty you don't really understand material until you start taking calls.

    Pros

    Gain lots of knowledge in a short period of time.

    Cons

    14/hr is incentive pay for work 40hrs, can be fired unexpectedly at any time, pay is often messed up.

    Pros

    I've just made 3 years with Chime Solutions and my journey has been amazing. The leaders within this company help build and mold you to become an even greater leader. The growth has been wonderful and I love to see how the company works so hard to give back! From feeding the homeless, shoes drives for the homeless, advancement classes for the employees, you name it! The environment is very family orientated. The Wilson's will definitely make history with the greatness they have brought to Clayton county.

    Learn to be ready for change. Things change and move vastly.

    Its a job, it pays!!!!!!

    Cons

    Your job is always on the line. I saw many people being treated unfairly. People that had great experience, professional, hard working. I not even speaking for myself ,but the lost really good employee's. After I quit they called me like crazy to go back & I refused.

    Try to keep employees. Don't have favoritism.
