    Pros

Big company, big projects.. learning depends on the team you are working with.

    Cons

The company is dominated by Chinese employees. It is not a place where international students of nationality, other that China should work. Because they rarely sponsor that too only Chinese students.

I worked at China Construction America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None- literally. Actually, their health benefits are "ok" but not good enough to endure the BS of a company that this business is.

    Cons

Where do I even start? Expect to work 10 hour work days every day and If you don't, they'll complain to HR you don't care about your work wen really, they overload their employees with enough work for 3 people. All upper management is nasty and forget it if you aren't Chinese- they'll look down on you, speak about you and ridicule you in Chinese and will purposely treat you like an outsider. If your superior explains a problem to you and you reply with feedback, they view that as "disrespect" because to work here you must be Moral-less, a mute, brainless zombie who is not allowed to speak to anyone or even smile because then they'd view you as not being a serious person. They give you 30min of lunch which is a joke since it takes you literally 10 minutes to even get from the office cross to the mall and up to the food court. Very sneaky and have many obvious cover ups they expect employees to look away.. 90% of employees are Asian and 80% of them are sponsored from china. Thy do not promote women into managerial positions and def not ever someone who isn't Chinese! You are in AMERICA, not CHINA- get with the program and learn that you are doing business in a diverse country and culture, where respect must be given to be EARNED- wake up. I would rather live on the streets as a bum than work for a company like this- that's how seriously disgusting this company is. Wouldn't be surprised if they get hit with or have already gotten discrimination & labor lawsuits for their unlawful practices. Oh and their compliance manager is stuck up and talks to herself and answers herself like a crazy person.. a joke!

    Advice to Management

Stop being racists, promote women and people who aren't Chinese, treat your employees like people not dogs, pay them their fair share for the work they do, be nice to people and don't let your foolish little titles get to your head because that's what losers do, I think you should close shop & take your unprofessional company back to china since these practices seem to be the norm there.

I have been working at China Construction America (More than a year)

    Pros

They will start you off with a decent pay rate and the benefits are ok.

    Cons

Too many to list, This company isn't somewhere you will want to work for very long. They are very unethical and never give raises. They promote from outside the company and never look from within. A very common complaint in their corporate office is that the absolute silence they make you endure. No one is ever talking, smiling, or happy. There is no music and no one ever looks happy. It's like walking into the office of the walking dead. My advise is to stay away.

    Advice to Management

Promote Women into management. Encourage happiness and smiling!

I have been working at China Construction America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not many. The benefits are alright and they do offer PRO that you are looked down upon for taking.

    Cons

Management is horrible. They ignore issues and brush off complaints. If you file a complaint about any issue, they will turn it around and make you the problem. You should look elsewhere, I am. They will fail on the Pulaski Skyway project. Too much corruption and coverups.

    Advice to Management

Start over with new people. Stop taking on other companies rejects and hire some new fresh employees. Also, follow your own code of conduct!
