    My head director really cared about my feeling and instructed me to ask the right person about something I need to learn. And the group I was working with was very nice, they were very patient about everything that I asked and gave me lots of instructions.

    It gave you opportunity to communicate with many large firms in China. People there are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

    Cons

    Sometimes it is really busy and you will be under a huge pressure. And as an intern, the salary is not that good.

    Advice to Management

    Hope the company can provide specific training in the internship and provide a better salary. In a word, I enjoy the days working there.
