    Pros

Solid company with proven techniques/systems in place to increase sales for both the restaurant and the staff. Great health plan (pre-Obamacare) especially considering the fact most restaurants do not even offer the hourly staff insurance.

    Cons

Food was tasty yet, some of the dishes were a bit out-dated. Managements' blind-eye and/or deaf ear to the issues concerning problematic/lazy employees, sever ties sooner.

    Advice to Management

Middle management hiring by senior management was woefully weak at times. Consider promoting from within more often, it's definite a win-win.

I worked at China Grill Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Awesome managers. As with all restaurants' 99% of the staff have a bit of spice to their attitudes, but when it came down to it management and staff worked together fantastically. Good benefits to those who stay for a certain period of time. Lots of hours. Room to move up (really).

    Cons

The owners didn't seem to care about knowing their staff. Some things could have been handeled better as well.

    Advice to Management

    OPEN UP BRICKELL DANGIT.

I worked at China Grill Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Large network of partner restaurant . Opportunities of advancement in hospitality industry

    Cons

Too much micro managing of manager and staff to get anything done.

    "Meetings about meetings"

    Advice to Management

Make logical decisions based on the venue or location you are running, not in the basic China Grill Management standards, every place is different.

I have been working at China Grill Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Training was good when I started and exams all the time, even if you have been time
with the company, they want you updated.
They recognize employees "good job", but thats it.
Nice enviroment for the most part, but so many new rules
    all the time.

    Cons

They always had favorities, so if somebody wants to get promoted
and is not part of the Managment favorities....that means no promotion.

    Advice to Management

Listen your employees even anonymous feedback
You will get a surprised that how many feedbacks you get.

    Pros

You can do whatever you want.

    Cons

The worst company I've ever worked for. China Grill doesn't even claim them on their website. No leadership and the place is too big to manage. No money, mostly Europeans that don't tip.

    Advice to Management

Promote, train employees properly and stop arguing with each other in front of everyone.
