    - Relaxed firm culture, prime location in midtown, good to attend networking sessions
    - Managers are supportive and willing to hang out with employees

    Cons

    - Chinese culture with many Chinese employees, may not be a place you want to work at if you are native American
    - Does not provide H1B visa
    - Low wage in New York

    Everyday there was not too much work assigned to me. Didn't feel that I have learned a lot through the internship.

    Pros

    Overall the culture is supportive, and interns have many opportunities to do real transaction related work.

    Cons

    However, very little chance to get a return offer. Many interns will later have to return to school or leave the country

    Pros

    The people there were very friendly and willing to help. They explained everything I needed to do. The environment was very family-like, with a mix a young interns to older staff.

    Cons

    The work was mostly administrative. No long term opportunities. Everything was very mechanical in terms of work day and schedule. There was also a lack of organization at times.

    The salary was not bad for a student who just graduated from uni

    Had too much pressure. had a lot of meetings after work and worked over 10 hours every day.

    Pros

    As a corporate banking intern, I was exposed to different types of global transaction and credit analysis. I learned pratical knowledge of L/C, T/T, D/P, D/A. And I had access to corporate clients' primary documents to review the credit level.

    Cons

    The head quarter is in Shenzhen, China. If you are in some branchs in other places, you may not learn about the core operations and business. So you may need to consider if you want to develop the career in the city you have chosen

    Advice to Management

    The management is good. The work environment is friendly and flexible. I can learn from colleagues and the team is collabrative. It would be better if I have more rotation chance to learn about other department

    Pros

    it is really a good company which provide good benefits, acceptable salary, the electronic product is always good and convenient.

    Cons

    the career development is not so good and work environment is not just ok. A lot of work overtime without money.

    Advice to Management

    should provide more development opportunities to go other positions. since a lot of people get tired of work .
