I have been working at China Mobile Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Things move slow, not in a hurry, you get lots of time to do. Won't get pushed.
You get more money than the number on contract. There are lots of benefits: extra housing fund, gift cards, gas compensation, travel compensation, holiday money/gifts, and your salary is divided into multiple parts so you don't need to pay tax and your income is hidden. The bonus is also very high, use multiple bank cards, very low or no tax. You get paid more than you think.

    Extremely good work life balance.

    Cons

Growth is slow, location is far away from center of the city.
