I worked at Chipotle part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Developed good relationships with coworkers

    Cons

Received minimal training (they lived by the sink or float technique). The managers are practically the same age as the regular coworkers and regularly flaunted their “power”. Many cases of verbal harassment from fellow coworkers and managers, few hours, untrustworthy management.

I worked at Chipotle part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free food every shift I got to meet some good people but wish they stayed around.

    Cons

My store went under alot of Changes within short amount of time I was there, changing a few managers and being understaffed made hours tough especially around the holidays typically having 5 people working just night shift (should have at least 12). High stress and I hurt myself many times. I loved this job in the beginning when we had more employees but towards the end with only a few people things got hard. I felt like I was always constantly rushed there by management. *no weekends off. Part time doesn’t get benefits until a year with chipotle.

    Advice to Management

Try to accommodate with employees schedules I remember being hired for night shift and called to see if I could get some morning and I got one or two shifts morning then back to my regular schedule.
