Decent Low Pressure Fast Food Job

      Pros

Tons of free food. Food available for free before, during, and after your shift. Inclusive of all kinds of people/people with alternative lifestyles.

      Cons

Push people to achieve quotas and goals that are near impossible and provide no real incentive to employees

      Horrible Job

      Pros

Not really anything other than free food honestly

      Cons

Horrible customers, company is so corporate they care more about money than their employees, pay is horrible, management doesn’t do a great job of managing, higher ups don’t take employee safety seriously enough, working for Chipotle sounds cool but it isn’t. Don’t waste your time with a company that doesn’t care about their employees personally, and thinks that it can replace you at every time, overlooking the fact that it costs them when new employees have to be trained. Inexperienced employees also cost the company more than experienced employees will. The high overturn rate of employees makes managers look bad, it makes stores look bad, and it makes Chipotle as a whole look bad when it is put in public reports.

I enjoyed the work but can be stressful at times

      Pros

Free food, genuinely enjoy the work

      Cons

Not enough crew at once. Especially as cash, you get pulled away from your other tasks if there is a line and the dinning room suffers, if you need to restock anything? I honestly feel there needs to be someone who just does dinning room, drink station, and bathroom, patio.

One of the Best Student Jobs There Is

      Pros

Free food every shift. Half-off food outside of work. Health/Dental/Optical benefits even at part-time. Tuition reimbursement program after a certain amount of time employed. Decent wages. Only hires managers from within. Extremely protective sick policy.

      Cons

If over 18, typically long shifts, morning or night. Usually very busy all the time. High standards for food safety. (A con if you're lazy, not for the customers though) Rude/impatient customers. (They're used to extremely fast service, bad if understaffed or crazy busy) Online orders are insane.

Great place to work as a part-time worker or for teenagers.

      Pros

Flexible schedule, really great co workers and managers, and free food when you work there.

      Cons

It is a manual job where you are on your feet all day. You will also come home smelling like cilantro every day.

      Free food but extremely draining

      Pros

You get free food at the end of every shift & then a half off meal as well . They're extremely sanitary so you won't get grossed out. Managers are cool.

      Cons

The job is extremely tiring. I work as a cashier & also on the line & they're both very demanding. If you're on cash, you have to stay organized & be super fast. It gets so stressful during peak & then customers complain all of the time. On the line, you also have to deal with difficult customers. I recommend going on tort (where rice & beans are) but your fingers will probably burn. They also only schedule the minimum amount of people every shift so everybody has to work fast or else everything will fall apart. If someone doesn't show up to their shift, good luck. Overall a good job but just be prepared to sweat & smell after work.
