    Pros

    Discount on food throughout trg.

    Cons

You will get thrown under the bus and have to cover other restaurants and sometimes feel a lack of support. Not enough training, you kind of get a rushed training.

    Advice to Management

Support your staff. Take the pressure of management to keep cutting hours and trust your management.

I worked at Chiquito full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Some great people and great atmospheres

    Cons

You are flogged to death, i didn't realise til my 1st day but a 54 hour contract, try fitting that into 7 days and a rule that all GMs work Fri, Sat & Sun every week? This company do not care about you, sometimes salary looks good but when you break it down by hourly rate its nearly illegal to get treated so badly. This was my return to a good company but the strategy is ruthless now, ruthless.

    Advice to Management

Change at the top then filter down. There is a saying... look after your customers or someone else will. Try applying it to your staff!

    Pros

    - Free meals - Team

    Cons

    - Long hours - Very Stressful

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to you employees that are working in restaurants and are making real money for you. There's no proper training provided, and any kind of development. People are stuck in the same position for year's without possibility getting any new skills.
