the food machines were good the jobs were awesome and the people there were also real real nice to me most time
Cons
the brakes were real real short the building wasn't air conditioned at all and it was alwayse 120 degrees all the time

Pros
This job makes me appreciate the jobs I had in the past. This job doesn't allow you to have any kind of life.
Cons
Management is a joke. Bathrooms are disgusting. Food and drink machines don't work half of the time. They force you to work all the time. Good luck getting a day off. No set schedule on anything. Turnover rate is through the roof.

Feb 6, 2018 - Principal Engineer in Houston, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Nothing positive to say. It’s a terrible place.
Cons
Terrible organization. Japanese management doesn’t know what they’re doing. They do not trust local talents. HR literally runs the company. They lied to me when I negotiated the compensation. I’m short $15k bonus they wouldn’t award like they promised on my offer letter. Dead end job. Ppl are leaving left and right. Terrible and inflexible work hour. Open floor plan, lack privacy. Japanese watch you all the time.
