I worked at Choi Kim & Park (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly Staff! Everybody in the office was approachable and answered any questions I had relating to my tasks or accounting questions.

    Cons

Small office, but I am sure as time passes by and as the company grows, it will be bustling.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people!

I worked at Choi Kim & Park full-time

    Pros

They don't hire enough people to do all the work that needs to be done. You get to learn a lot of different fields. I was doing both tax, audit, and consulting when I was working at CKP

    Cons

Maybe this was specific for when I was there, but the boss was a crazy. He would throws stuff and cuss at the employees. There was not real HR and the partner was running the place by himself so there was not much I could do except quit.

    Advice to Management

Teach people to do the work before telling them to just google everything.
