    Pros

Co-workers were terrific, and worked very hard under a constant barrage of nonsense for upper management.

    Cons

Management was utterly incompetent. There was open hostility towards employees that lead to disdain for the firm.

    Advice to Management

    Management training.

I worked at Choice Legal Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

the people were very welcoming. I enjoyed working with everyone.

    Cons

layoffs from the start; experienced attorneys were let go and replaced often, I assume to save the company money. My workload increased immensely due to staff being let go and I was left with an aged and messy portfolio of files. I was extremely dedicated and worked hard and long for months to get through it, only to be laid off in the end. No loyalty.

    Advice to Management

I know foreclosure has taken a hit, but hiring and firing people constantly is not the way to build a strong company. Good people who have shown dedication are your assets.

    Pros

Friendly support staff, only pro I could think of.

    Cons

They are constantly (WEEKLY - FRIDAYS) laying off personnel - good attorneys and paralegals.

    Advice to Management

Why invest time and money on personnel to fired them ??? The you go an hire new attorneys and the vicious cycle starts. Management it's clueless-

I worked at Choice Legal Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Camaraderie among the staff.

    Cons

The firm seems to lay off the attorneys and staff who are the most proficient as they emphasize production and volume over quality. The attorneys managing the firm are frighteningly inept and unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

Hire attorneys with the background, experience, and professionalism needed to build a successful practice.

    Pros

Treated fairly if you are a professional, understand that this is a business and no one owes you a job. Hotel and car rentals paid for you up front - usually a Jag or Infiniti! Great place to learn the ropes of civil procedure.

    Cons

Constant layoffs with no rhyme or reason. Bonus' and expense checks arrive on their own time frame.

    Advice to Management

    None. The practice is cyclical.
